Have your voice heard on the GIG’s Radio Show!
The Get Involved Group, in collaboration with Brighton Free Radio, is delighted to invite you to have your say on disability issues on our brand new monthly Radio Show, held on a different theme each month. Our fantastic volunteer presenter, Richard, is kindly hosting the show, which will have guest speakers and questions and issues raised by disabled people on themes picked by our very own GIG members. We are keen to broadcast facts, information, details of events and discussions of topical issues which would be useful to disabled listeners listening in from home.
So if you have any queries, concerns, questions and feedback on issues facing disabled people please let us know. You can e-mail Abbie on firstname.lastname@example.org or call 01273 20 89 34 and speak to either Lilly or Abbie . We look forward to hearing from you soon!
Please click on the relevant show page on the Radio tab at the top of the screen to listen in on each show.
Radio Free Brighton is a community radio station run by a team of enthusiastic volunteers. It operates from Under the Bridge Studios in Brighton The station aims to give a platform to all the different voices that make up Brighton’s colourful community. They do shows on all kinds of different topics, such as economic and human rights issues (both local and global), science and the arts, stories on local people and events, and of course a bit of music here and there.
This is a great chance to create some thoughtful content that helps highlight important issues facing local disabled people, so feel free to suggest themes, topics and questions and issues that you would like to see discussed!
