Records Sharing.

The Get Involved Group is running a consultation on Records Sharing on behalf of Brighton and Hove Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG).

The CCG are working towards having a system where patients’ full medical records are accessible online. You will be able to determine what information is shared and this will be viewable to patients and health care professionals. The aim is to provide better, more efficient, joined up care.

Everyone has the right to say how their information is shared and it is crucial that the voice of disabled people is heard in this consultation.
