Urgent Care

The Get Involved Group held a focus group on 04/09/2013 to introduce the CCG. This included an hour-long focus group on people’s experiences of urgent care.

10 people attended this focus group, 8 of whom identified as disabled people, 1 as a carer and one a representative from the Sussex Beacon.

Following the focus group the Get Involved team put together a short telephone survey which was conducted with 10 participants of the Get Involved Group who had been unable to attend the focus group. All of these participants identified as disabled people.

We also visited the Our Space meeting for deaf people in the city and consulted with them.

We have compiled the responses here according to the key questions asked by the CCG.

Please find below the Get Involved Group briefing paper submitted to the CCG.
